Registration for SS25 is now open!

We are excited to be welcoming you to Curtin University, which is located in the suburb of Bentley, about six kilometres south-east of central Perth. In close proximity to everything Perth has to offer, it boasts 116 hectares of bold architecture nestled amongst beautifully landscaped gardens.

Forrest Hall ECR Event

Sunday 23 June 2023, 5.00pm – 7.00pm

The Forrest Hall ECR Event is generously sponsored by the Forrest Foundation, and is primarily intended for postgraduate students and early career researchers, who will be given the opportunity to meet the SS25 keynotes, and gain insights into how to get the most out of the Symposium experience. Please note that spaces are limited. While you are welcome to express your interest in attending, precedence will be given to postgraduate students and ECRs.

Conference Dinner

Wednesday 26 June 2024, 6.30pm – 10.00pm

Optus Stadium

Providing spectacular views across the Swan River towards the city, the Optus Stadium is a multi purpose world-class venue.

A ticket includes a 3 hour drinks package (from 6.30pm to 9.30pm) and a 2 course sit down dinner.

Please note delegates are to make their own travel arrangements to and from Optus Stadium.

All online registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration, together with a tax invoice.

Please ensure you proceed all the way to the end of your online registration process to avoid having an incomplete registration.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or alterations must be put in writing to the SS25 Conference Organisers. If cancellation is received in writing:

Before 1st February 2024 – full refund of all monies paid.
Before 24th May 2024 – 50% of registration monies paid will be refunded.
After 24th May 2023 – No refund will be given.

The SS25 Local Organising Committee, will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events.
